When you have a Viscount Cultural Council Membership you get regular updates of what is up and coming at the VCC. An added benefit is that you get lower prices when renting the rooms and when taking some classes. Having a membership also helps the VCC such as when we are requesting grants. Anual Membership valid from September 1 to August 31.
