You could join one of the many committees, become a board member, or help out with one of the many activities or projects that are happening here. Volunteering is a great way to become involved in your community, meet new people, and experience new things. The VCC is an excellent place to do all those things so come out and volunteer today!

Volunteering Opportunities Available

Cleaning - Sweeping, mopping and vaccuuming around the VCC
Exhibitions - Help to instal, advertise, and take down the Monthly Exhibitions in the Manawaka Gallery.
Tours - keep updated on current exhibitions and be available to provide tours for groups
Administration - Help Prepare mailouts, invitations, ect, as well as helping to maintain gift shop.  
Events - Help out at the various events that are held at or by the Viscount Cultural Council.
         These events include: Glorious Wish Sale, Wine Tasting, Activity Days,
          Concerts and Performances, Exhibition Openings, and much more!
Handyman - Help to maintain the Viscount Cultural Centre by changing light bulbs, clearing snow, and general maintenance.
Soundsystem and Electronics Tech - Help with the soundsystem for events, coordinating the sound system, updating an maintaining current electronics around the Viscount Cultural Centre.
General Programming- Help with organizing and updating supplies for the programming that runs through the Viscount Cultural Centre.
